Alba — The Sanctuary
Print Design
Escape the everyday with Alba's luxury accommodation, nestled in the dunes above the springs. Perched on the ridge, and commanding sweeping views across the Mornington Peninsula, the villas are each nestled within a secluded screening of native bushland.
For the launch of Alba's new premium suite of villas, I independently led the art direction and created design for the photography, print and marketing materials, in preparation for their opening mid 2025. Inspired by the architecture and interior of the accommodation, the vision behind the suite was to bring to life the serenity, comfort and calm echoed in Alba's design and wellness ethos. A warm and soft colour palette was developed to complement the idea of a sanctuary, accompanied by use of light and shadow to bring it to life.
As part of this project, I concepted a welcome pack to house a curated set of printed items given to guests upon arrival. This includes a greeting card, postcard, access key card and a map of the springs and property. The encompassing folder draws inspiration from the matte brown coated steel exterior of the accommodation. A custom die line with a cut-out was created to give a window of invitation and warmth.

In addition to the welcome pack, The Sanctuary Compendium was created for guests as a reference during their stay.
Following the design language of the welcome pack, the cover is brown faux leather with a copper foil. The compendium sits within a bespoke
landscape clam shell cover, with internal matching matte brown powder coated rings, custom divider tabs and inserts.

A set of place cards was designed to guide guests through the stay, including mini bar & drinks menus, fireplace, bath salt and tea cards.
